Holy Rosary before Mass on Sundays, Weekdays, and Every third Monday of the Month: There will be Holy Rosary every Sunday before Mass, and on Weekdays Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and Holy Rosary before Mass. Holy Rosary will be said on the third Monday of the month in Sacred Heart Church at 7pm. Please kindly endeavour to take part in this great devotion to God, thank you.

Station at Sacred Heart Church, Torry this Friday, 17th March: I would like to invite all our parishioners and friends to the Station Mass taking place in our parish this Friday, 17th March. The event will begin with the Holy Rosary at 6pm, Confessions at 6.30pm, Stations of the Cross at 7p and Mass at 7.30pm to be followed by light refreshment in the parish hall. Please make special effort to be punctual. Thank you.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament every Thursday, beginning with Mass at 10am and finishing with Holy Hour at 8pm. Please kindly use this opportunity to worship the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, pray for your private intentions and those of others.
Sacred Heart Church Lottery Scheme 2016/2017 The number of players for the lottery scheme is 53 out of a total of 59 required. In order to make up needed number a double entry slot is now available. This means that those who are already on the scheme can now acquire as many lucky numbers as they want. Kindly please speak to Will if you are interested. The lucky number for Saturday, 4th March was 21– congratulations to Ann Marie Ekwue, the winner. Thank you.
Easyfundraising App: Thank you to all those who have downloaded and are currently using the app. The total amount raised so far is £160.00. It might seem a bit little, but every time you use the app in your online shopping, a percentage of your spending goes to the Church at no extra cost to you. I would like to encourage everyone to use the App in shopping. For those who have already installed the app, I would like to thank you immensely. Second Collection this Sunday for Refurbishment in the parish hall. Please be generous as usual.
The Period of Lent: During the period of Lent there will be Stations of the Cross at Sacred Heart Church every Wednesday at 5.30pm followed by Mass at 6.00pm. There will confessions at each venue of the Station Mass from 6.30pm in addition to Stations of the Cross at 7pm and Mass at 7.30pm. I would like to encourage parishioners to use this period in coming closer to God in prayers, fasting and almsgiving. Station Mass at Sacred Heart Church this Friday, 17th March.
