Policy and Procedure Review by New York State Department of Health
The S2AY Rural Health Network is currently reviewing and revising all policy and procedures that guide the work of the local health units in Schuyler, Steuben, Allegany and Yates Counties. Upon completion of each policy and procedure manual, we are requesting that the appropriate New York State Department of Health representative review, comment on and approve the final policy and procedure manuals.
Thereafter, any changes made during annual reviews will not be presented to a New York State Department of Health representative unless the changes made would significantly change the manner in which services were provided.
Please find enclosed the following policy and procedure manual for your review, comment and approval.
