APPOINTMENT OFSERVICE PROVIDER FOR ORDER BOOKING.
AUTOKAST LTD, an ISO certified Ferrous Foundry, manufacturing and selling various grades of Grey Iron/SG Iron & Steel Castings in the weight range 25kg to 5000 kg single pc meant for domestic and overseas customers, now intends to appoint a Service Provider for Marketing Functions of the Company, on contract basis as per the following details:
In order to expand the business to the maximum extent possible it has been decided to explore the service of a service provider for improving order booking in major industrial centres of India and abroad.
We prefer representatives in specified areas for more effective & aggressive order booking.
The Basic requirements of the service provider will be
A dynamic personality familiar to foundry industry
Familiar with different industrial sectors for achieving the much needed breakthroughs for order canvassing viz Automotive, Machine tool, Heavy Engg, Pump, Valve, Wind Turbine, Central/State PSUs etc
- Shall be capable of ensuring a minimum monthly order booking @ 25 MT
The scope of work
Contact potential buyers to generate suitable enquiries in line with the manufacturing capabilities of Autokast and submission of quotation based on internal feasibility study & cost estimation at AKL.
Necessary follow up on the quotes to get it converted to a firm purchase order along with suitable pattern equipments.
Shall arrange for tender submission, attend tender openings & price negotiations based on specific directions from us
Regular follow up for despatch schedules and ensure receipt of consignments at customer end
Follow up for payment collection in line with the credit terms along with statutory forms etc.
Attend any customer query related to supplies/quality/payments etc within the shortest time and swift resolution of the same in consultation with AKL.
Any other assignments related to business development
The remuneration shall be at par with the industry standards
The appointment will subject to the approval of Board of Directors
The appointed party will execute an agreement in 500 Rupee stamp paper
Jurisdiction will be Alappuzha only
