Luggage
One piece of luggage 50 lbs or less will be checked free. Above that amount, the airlines will charge for extra baggage. Each passenger may have a carry-on bag not to exceed 13 lbs, which must be in your care at all times.

All tipping, service charges, and porterage (excluding Coach Driver in Ireland) included in fare.

Hotels
Hotels and itinerary may be changed for equal or better as we get closer to our tour date.
Land Tour
This land tour must have at least 25 reservations in order to travel or retain prices quoted. Children under 10 years should not be considered as part of the count. Call for rates on this age group.
Air
We have booked 50 seats on Aer Lingus (Irish Airlines) at the rate quoted. If we need more, the rate may be higher than figures above.

Air & Land JFK/SNN/JFK: $3475.00per person, based on double occupancy (Single Supplement: additional $450.00 per person)
Payment Schedule
$250.00 per person, by Dec. 1, 2017 or at time of booking if airline seats are available
$500.00 per person, by January 15, 2018
$500.00 per person, by March 30, 2018
Final payment by May 1st, 2018

US dollar exchange rate: as of Nov. 08, 2017 the US$ and the euro were at 1.18, if the euro should change more/less on the US$ the difference will appear on final invoice.

Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing insurance on your trip. Our group rate for insurance coverage cost per person:
Age
0-34 = $112 per person
35-59 = $170 per person
60 – 69 = $229 per person
70 – 74 = $299 per person
75 -79 = $365 per person
80 -84 = $501 per person
85+ = $666per person

Credit Cards
We will accept credit cards for this tour paid through PayPal, however there is additional charge of 4% to use this service.
Right to cancel
The tour is subject to cancellation or change in price if we do not have at least 25 reservations. It is also subject to changes for equal, or better than, what is printed in this brochure and is subject to the rules and regulations that pertain to group travel herein stated.

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to S & B Canning Tours by e-mail or United States mail. The following cancellation fees will apply on the land portion of the tour: Less than 120 days from date of travel, $250.00. 60 to 45 days $350.00: 45 to 30 days, 90 percent, and 30 to 0 days 100 percent of tour cost.
Tour Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a tour including optional tours should insufficient reservations be received. Full refunds will be made.
No smoking
Smoking will not be allowed when riding our coaches.
Prices
All prices in this brochure are shown in United States dollars and are based on currency rates as of November 6, 2017. The tour operators reserve the right to change prices due to currency devaluation.
Air Transportation
Due to airline regulations, tickets are non-refundableonce booking is complete on March 30th 2018. The availability of seats is limited; last minute bookings are much higher if available, so be sure to book early.
Responsibility
S & B Canning Tours or Sean Canning are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss you may suffer or incur on this tour arising from the acts or failure to act on the part of any air carrier, transport company, hotel, subcontractor or other persons or organization, whether or not such vendors rendering any of the services or accommodations offered or supplied on the tour. S & B Canning Tours or Sean Canning accepts no responsibility for losses or expense due to delay or changes in schedules, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses will be borne by the passenger. We reserve the right to cancel or alter the tour or to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour.
