Annex no. 2
Documents required based on the natural gas origin and notice to transferee
Based on article 450 of the implementing provisions - Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2454/93 - to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code, the Transporter shall have the duty to submit necessary documents to the customs office.
The transferee shall obliged to prove to the Customs Authority especially the status of the imported natural gas, type of consumption and also report the imported quantities in regular reports according to the status of the imported gas.
In this matter the Transporter is only a mediator between the transferee and the Customs Authority. That is why the transferee at the latest on the day he/she submits his request gets in touch with the Transporter in a written or electronic form and the Transporter provides him/her with contact details of the Customs Authority.
Based on the § 319 article 6 Act No. 13/1993 as amended, transferee is obliged to impart to the Customs Authority true data about the trade within the European community, based on the Czech statistic office and Ministry of industry and trade (namely Act No. 201/2005) requirements and also gives to the Customs Authority needful cooperation.
