Purpose
Use this procedure to run a report on an index of Job(s) within UC Flex.
Trigger
Perform this procedure when you need to view a list of jobs.

Business Process Information
This is a report transaction which enables the end-user to run a report showing all Jobs within a given Job index.
Helpful Hints
·  The R/O/C column in the field description tables below defines whether the field is required (R), optional (O), or conditional (C).
·  On certain screens you may have to scroll to view some data entry fields.
·  Click to sort the report in ascending order.
·  Click to sort the report in descending order.
·  Click to export the report information to Excel.

Procedure
1. / Start the transaction using the transaction code.
Job index

2. / As required, complete/review the following fields:
/ Field / R/O/C / Description /
Job / Required / General grouping of knowledge, skills and abilities; As such, a job is used to describe common traits among positions (e.g. Analyst, Secretary, Accountant)
Example:

to / Optional / End value when specifying a range of values, dates and/or times

/ Use the match code search to select the appropriate entries for the search fields.
3. / Click .
4. / Perform one of the following:
If The / Go To
Choose plan version window appears / Step 5
Choose plan version window does not appear / Step 6
Choose plan version

5. / Click .
Job Index (2)

6. / Review the displayed information.
7. / Click until you return to the SAP Easy Access screen.
8. / You have completed this transaction.
