Rules at Recreation Camp ZORYANY, affiliate of PJSC SUMYKHIMPROM
1. Our children’s recreation camp accepts children from 6 tо 16 years old.
2. Check-in is effected at Palace of Culture KHIMIK (Mira str. 26, Sumy city) from 8.00 a.m. on the day of arrival. The following documents are required for check-in: vacation package, medical certificate (Form 079/о see Attachment 1), holding the information on pediculosis and crust examination, on epidemiological environment, on preventive inoculations. In case you will arrive on the territory of recreation camp independently, check-in will be effected after 12.00 a.m. on the day of arrival.
Medical examination is mandatory for children in the event of check-in.
3. The children are not accepted at our recreation camp without vacation package and medical certificate.
4. In the event of children collective arrival, the forwarding officials should deliver the children and all the necessary documents to camp director, conforming to the list, approved by the company, who has purchased the vacation package.
5. The child is regarded accepted in the camp, if he or she was subjected to medical examination and was incorporated into the list of group.
6. The children are formed in groups as per their age and considering the wishes of children and their parents.
7. The children are kept informed on the rules of behavior and accommodation in the camp, against their signatures.
8. The children are prohibited to leave the territory of camp without accompanying adults, to violate the daily regimen or to leave the bedroom block after bed time.
9. The recreating children are prohibited to smoke, to take drugs, to take alcohol (incl. beer, energetic drinks), to use petards or firework.
10. The children, who committed violations of p.8, p.9 of the present rules, or the children, having emotional, psychological or behavioural problems, harmful to surrounding children or to themselves, will be sent to their residence place without reimbursement of unspent amount of the cost of their vacation package.
11. For the loss of money or valuables (jewelry, mobile telephones, photo-cameras, audio-video devices, tablet PCs etc.), not kept by tutor for preservation, the administration of recreation camp does not bear responsibility.
12. If the necessity arises to take the child from recreation camp ahead of schedule without reasonable excuse, the cost of unspent days will be not reimbursed.
13. Official parents’ day is arranged once per a shift, its date will be informed by director on parents’ meeting at PC KHIMIK. On parents’ day, all organizational undertakings are conducted on the territory of recreation camp. Parents’ visits on that day are arranged on the camp territory.
14. If the parents will need to take their child from the camp for several days or hours, they would write an application, addressed to camp director. Only parents (guardians) or other persons, possessing power of attorney, certified by notary public, are in position to take the child from the camp. During that period, full responsibility for the child’s life and health is placed upon You, the parents.
15. Liability for damage by the child the camp assets will be borne by parents.
16. As per the psychologist’s recommendations, it is not desired to trouble children by telephone calls during first three days, and especially to visit them on those days. It is prohibited to call to children prior to 08.00 a.m., during «rest hours» (from 14.00 tо 16.00) and after 22.00 o’clock.
17. Leaving the recreation camp by children is organized on the last day of session, after dinned.
