GUIDELINES FOR WESTRICH RV PARK

  • Respect your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. No loud noises or disturbances during these times. This includes barking dogs, radios, loud talking, and bug zappers. All radios must be turned off by 10:00pm
  • 1 RV per site. 1 vehicle per site. 2 vehicles per site if you are seasonal. Vehichle must be parked on pad.
  • Pets are welcome in our park however, they MUST be kept on a short leash (6 feet or shorter) and not be left unattended or alone at your site. Waste must be immediately cleaned up by owner and deposited in waste container. Any damage to site (including digging holes) will be at owner’s expense. There should be no outside dog kennels and no leaving dogs outside overnight.
  • Guests are allowed (within reason) Anything over 4 guests must be approved by mgmt). An additional $2.00 per person per day will be charged for your guests. Guests are defined as ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT LIVE IN YOUR NORMAL HOUSEHOLD. Your normal household includes your children less than 18 years of age or college students. Please have your guests check in at the office upon arrival. *There is an additional charge if your guest wants to swim. It is $5 per person per day for any guest to use the pool. This fee must be paid prior to your guest swimming *
  • Please watch your children. We do not restrict their play, but are concerned for their safety. All children are to be at your site by 10:00pm. After this time we ask that they not walk/bike around the campground or hang out at the play area.
  • The lodge will be open from 8:00am to 10:00pm for your enjoyment. If you are using the community room, please clean up after yourself.
  • Approved golf carts to be used for getting around the campground are allowed. ATV’s are not allowed. Absolutely no persons under 16 years of age (or unlicensed drivers) may operate motorized vehicles. A 5 mile per hour speed limit is strictly enforced. Golf carts may not be used before 8:00am or after 10:00pm.
  • Absolutely no vehicle washing at any time.
  • Camp fires or other cooking or heating devices are permitted only in designated RV Park areas. No person may leave a fire without totally extinguishing it.
  • All vehicles must park in designated areas. Only one vehicle may park at each RV site and vehicle must be parked on the pad. No vehicle may park on the traveled portion of the RV Park road or obstruct a designated parking space. (Seasonal campers are allowed 2 cars per site. Both vehicles must be parked on the pad. At no time are they allowed to park on the grass or traveled portion of the road)
  • Dumpsters are available for bagged house hold garbage ONLY. No fish guts, tires, batteries, building supplies, appliances, etc. If in doubt, see the management.
  • Boats must be parked in the designated area. No boats are allowed on the sites.
  • Alcohol may be consumed by adults 21 and older at camp site only.
  • All showers are coin operated. Please respect the mechanism.
  • There are no life guards on duty. Please watch your children carefully. No glass, pets, food, or rough housing on pool deck. Children under 14 years old must have an adult present to be in pool area.
  • Fireworks and firearms are NOT ALLOWED on the premises for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Anyone caught with any of these will be asked to leave the park.
  • In case of severe weather you can go to the Lodge basement for your protection.
  • You are required to carry your own insurance on your camper. The WestRich RV Park is not responsible for damages of any kind.

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES FOR SEASONAL CAMPING

  • RV’s are for seasonal use only, May 1st – Sept 30th. Each lease signed is for a period of one season (May 1st – Sept 30th).
  • A down payment of ½ the total balance must be paid to hold your spot. The remaining balance must be paid when you arrive. Balance must be paid in full before parking your RV.
  • You will be required to pay your electricity bill on or before July 15 and Sept 30. Failure to pay will result in eviction.
  • Lawn cutting and care is your responsibility. If lawn is not maintained, management will take care of it at your expense.
  • All sheds must be approved by management. There will be a designated spot on your site for the shed. We want to maintain a uniform look throughout the park. Sheds are only allowed for 5 month seasonals.
  • All decks must be approved by management. No concrete pads or footings. If you choose a block patio, the blocks must stay if/when you leave. Decks must be maintained at all times. Decks are only allowed for 5 month seasonals.
  • Planting flowers, birdfeeders, lawn ornaments are encouraged. Trees must be approved by management in respect to location and type.
  • All miscellaneous items such as beach equipment, lawn games, toys, etc. must be stored and out of site if not in use.
  • Keep your camper license tabs current. All campers will be required to show proof of insurance.

Persons violating these covenants may be required immediately to leave the RV Park, and may have their lease revoked. If asked to leave your seasonal rent will not be refunded. If RV is not removed, it will be done by management at the owners’ expense.

I/we agree to rent a lot at WestRich RV Park for 30 or more days during the 20___ season. I/we also agree to follow the guidelines as outlined. I/we agree to not hold Earl Rich, Dean Westre, or the Westrich LLC responsible for accidents or injuries to ourselves or to our guests that should happen to occur on the campground premises. I/we agree at the end of our stay to terminate or extend the agreement.

Any violation of the guidelines outlined above can result in immediate eviction and you will forfeit your seasonal rent.

Proof of liability insurance is required. A certificate of insurance completed by your agent or a copy of your policy can be returned to us in person or by mail.

Golf Carts may be operated at any time between 8:00am and 10:00pm.

Operation of motorized vehicles by unlicensed drivers or persons under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited.

This form and proof of insurance must be returned before operating on campground premises.

DRIVE SLOWLY AND RESPONSIBLY or this privilege will be revoked.
