2  For non-strata-titled properties, please provide the land area as well as the floor area. For strata titled properties, please provide the strata area.

3  Any differences between the show unit and depicted unit as shown in the approved building plan(s), which are permitted under the Housing Developers (Show Unit) Rules are to be clearly marked and explained. For example, if part of an external wall is not built to provide access to the show unit, the unbuilt portion of the wall must be marked and suitably labeled on the floor plan.

The site plan of the building project does not show and include all buildings in the building project. Specifically, there are a total of 5 blocks in the project but one of the blocks, (state the block number), is not shown in the model.
