Class participation is an essential part of the learning process in the Spanish classroom. In order to communicate in a foreign language you must practice speaking and listening as often as possible. To make our class time as beneficial to you as possible Spanish is the language for all communication. Since participation is so important in your learning it receives its own grade. The following rubric will be used to evaluate your progress and effort in the classroom. This rubric assesses your participation based on your completion of activities, use of the target language, comprehension of activities, and communication during activities.
