Task Description: You will make a brochure that offers a travel experience in Mexico. Make sure you pick something you are passionate about. You can pick a state or a specific adventure. It can be adventure travel, gastronomic, cultural, archeological, urban, ocean or colonial. See the back of this paper to see what you need to include.
Note: Decide if you are going to do it alone or with one partner before you start.

Travel Brochure.

Decide if you want to do it alone or with a partner.

  • This project will have awritten and aoralpresentation, both in Spanish.
  • You will have to present this project orally. It needs to be done professionally.
  • You need to become the real person that is trying to sell a wonderful, never imagined trip to Mexico. The Mexico a few people know: “México desconocido”.
  • Your pronunciation is clear, articulated. Follow Spanish rules for pronunciation.
  • Your volume is appropriate for the size of the room.

 Pick your audience and address the brochure accordingly.

Vocabulary. Use vocabulary you know and add more.

Grammar. Written in present tense using regular and irregular verbs. Make sure you follow the rule of “Verbos bota”.

Content. Focus on the topic you choose. Be fun but concise (effective in your sentences).

SpellingThere should be no spelling mistakes on your brochure.

Images. Make sure your images represent topics that are actually on the brochure.

  • Neat images. (not blurry)
  • Make sure they are school appropriate.
  • Attractive
  • Images that hook your potential client.

Visual Appealimaginative, original. It “comes alive”!

Resources. At least three reliable resources. Make sure you search in Mexican sites also.
