Sr. Medical Instructor Operator
Function: The Sr. Medical Instructor Operator is responsible for all aspects of operations and maintenance support of the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) simulation systems combat medic training. The Instruction Support System (ISS) includes the MSTC facility’s; environmental effects equipment; audio and video surveillance equipment; and other equipment, used in the skills validation rooms and outdoor medical lanes, required to deliver the Programs of Instruction (POIs). The Sr. Medical Instructor Operator applies advanced technical knowledge and experience to solve unusually complex problems when working on a variety of sophisticated electronics and computer simulation equipment in support of combat medic training.
Minimum Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related work experience
Subject Matter Expert I
Function: Anexpert in one or more engineering fields to train, instruct, or mentor others in fields of expertise. May contribute to curriculum development, provide reports documenting curriculum progress and provide leadership to learners.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Master’s Degree or 8 years equivalent experience, certification, or military / commercial training. 10 yearsin applicable discipline.
Subject Matter Expert II
Function:An expert in one or more engineering fields to train, instruct, or mentor others in fields of expertise. Develops curriculum for instruction, provides reports documenting curriculum progress, identifies areas for improvement in curriculum development & delivery and provides leadership to learners and other Multi-Disciplined Engineers. May supervise project tasks and responsible for overall instructional delivery. Maintains knowledge area of expertise.

Project Lead
Function: An expert in one or more technical fields to train, instruct, or mentor others in fields of expertise. Responsible for overall program performance and ensures compliance with contractual requirements.Leads strategic planning program development. Provides leadership to learners and other experts, ensures curriculum is delivered to contractual standards. Supervises others, responsible for overall instructional delivery and progress reports to management. Monitors progress and resolves identified issues impacting accomplishment of program goals.

Service Contract Act: The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire PSS Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCA labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
