“The Motivation Show provides RPI with an excellent forum to reach a large number of public and private companies that are expanding their recognition strategy,” said Paul Hanscom, Executive Director of RPI. “Sound, cost-effective recognition systems keep employees focused through tough times and are vital tools in any motivation program. The October Show will allow us to share our education and best-practices with a larger community.”

Pete Erickson, Managing Director of The Motivation Show, commented, “Last year, more than 3,700 Show registrants indicated an interest in Employee Recognition and Awards, more than any other buying demographic that we track. While this cycle is easy to define, it's difficult to execute well. That’s why RPI hasdeveloped the Certified Recognition Professional® (CRP) curriculum to guide participants through this best practice process and produce measurable benefits for their organizations,” said Hanscom. “The RPI Certified Recognition Professional program sets the standard for assessment of an individual’s abilities and provides a means for recognition professionals to acquire the needed skills and knowledge to excel.”
