Rotary Programs for 1st half 2017

1)Find a speaker. Inform the speaker that he/she has 15-20 minutes to speak. Speaker begins speaking at 7:45 AM.

2)Get the name of the speaker to Tom Finley. If you have difficulty finding a speaker, you may switch withanother Rotarian. Need help? Contact Brenda Georgenson or Colleen Inman at least two weeks in advance.

3)In advance of an upcoming meeting, promote the speaker who will be coming.

4)Sit with the speaker during the meal. Briefly introduce the speaker when called upon.

5)Encourage our members to ask questions of the speaker.

6)Thank the speaker following the presentation.

7)If you need AV equipment, contact Jim Van-Lanen Jr. at the Lighthouse.
