Dear Friends:
This will be an exciting year for Elk Grove Village! One of the biggest events for the village will be the annual ROTARYFEST. The fest will be held from June 13th thru June 17th. More than 40,000 will crowd the park area next to Elk Grove High School to enjoy five days of this premier event.
Profits from ROTARYFEST are used to help local charities and to sponsor international projects.
Organizations and projects that funds from previous ROTARYFESTS have been allocated to include:
-The American Cancer Society -Kenneth Young Center- Fellowship Housing
-Meade Jr. High Food Pantry - Boy Scouts - Elk Grove & Conant High Schools
-Northwest Special Recreation
-Provided an ambulance to India, desks to Haiti, X-Ray machine to St. Lucia and a colonoscopy machine to Italy, clean water projects in Africa, and many more.
How can you help us generate funds for these great causes? By being a sponsor for this event! Everyone benefits from ROTARYFEST – visitors are rewarded with a good time and sponsors are rewarded with goodwill and local visibility. The Rotary Club of Elk Grove Village is rewarded by helping the community be a better place to live. None of this is possible without the help of our sponsors.
