MATTERS ARISING.
Treasurers Report - D.P. had raised possibility of transferring money from Club Funds
to the Charity Accounts, with members approval. In a subsequent email he advised
this was not viable.
TREASURERS REPORT - report filed.
Bank Balances – satisfactory
Cleo Maheson Fund – further £2000 passed to A.H.for investmentAH
Gift Aid – claims submitted for:-

Membership and Services - report 10.5 12 filed
Satellite Club – initial meeting for breakfast at Deincourt 13.6.12. Indications suggest
about 8 people attending with District paying for the event.
Attendance – A.F. “counselled” one member with low record.
PresidentsGarden Party – Sunday 19.8.12, joint with Inner Wheel President at “Ivors
Field”
Club Meeting 11.6.12 – as no Community Awards this year, alternatives NH on Club
computer site access or NM’s Job Talk. MH to liaise with NHMH/NH
Children of Courage – fix date in March ‘13, moving AGM to April;DS/

International - no report
Ambassadorial Scholar – DPN is to counsel a Japanese student at Nottingham
University from July for 12 months, through District.
