We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work :-
1)Associate (Design) (Ref: IA_Asso)
Architectural Degree holders with minimum 10 years' relevant experience
Able to lead project teams from conceptual design to construction stages
Experience in master planning of large-scale development projects, railway, residential and/or mix-use development
Good command of Chinese and written English
2)Chief Architect / Senior Architect (Project / Design) (Ref: IA_CA/SA)
Architectural Degree holders with minimum 8 years' post HKIA qualification on local projects
Has design flair on large scale residential development and mix-use commercial and hospitality projects in Hong Kong and PRC.
In-depth knowledge on sustainable design and details.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage the team and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution.
3)Architect (Project / Design / Building Envelop)(Ref: IA_A)
Architectural Degree holders with minimum 5 years' post HKIA qualification on local projects
With Design flair and experience in conceptual design and design development OR with proven track record in project management of large scale developments
Strong in communication skills
Well-versed in local planning & building regulations
Construction document experience is an asset but it is not compulsory
4)Architectural Assistant (Ref: IA_AA)
Architectural Degree holders with relevant working experience
Good command of written English and Chinese
Familiar with AutoCAD and other graphic presentation software
Fresh graduates will also be considered
5)Project Officer (Ref: IA_PO)
At least 3 years of working experiences in the preparation of GBP & tender drawings
Proficient in AutoCAD is a must
Good knowledge on Photoshop, PowerPoint and / or 3D softwares is an advantage
Immediately available candidates preferred
