T / Local Law - Of the City of Syracuse to amend Local Law #7-05 to authorize a revision to the boundaries of the Syracuse Empire Zone (Area 1) to include additional sites: 300 block of E. Water St. & Erie Blvd. E; Geddes St. Extension to Fitch and Putnam; and the Garland Funeral Home on West Castle. This amendment was approved by Empire State Development on June 19, 2006 and the Rebuild Syracuse Board on March 22, 2007. No deletions are required.
