Participants’ fee EPPW Congress, Friday 7 October 2011:
All participants of the EPPW Congress have to pay E 50,00 participants fee.
Rules for reimbursement:
EPP Women: One participant per women’s organisation of a member party of the EPP per country [maximum 3 per country] will be reimbursed for: plane ticket economy class, public transport and maximum two nights in one of the selected hotels, consisting of the night before and after the congress.Reimbursement only takes place based on original receipts / tickets.
EUW Women (and guests): According to our rules there is no reimbursement for EUW participants; they take part on their own account.
