Explanatory Notes
1. The persons entitled to be interred or have ashes buried in Roade Cemetery are;

a)  those whose home address, at the time of their death was in Roade, for whom the fees payable are those set out in Column A
AND

b)  those whose home address, at the time of their death was not in Roade but who

(i) have proof of previous residency in Roade of 10 years or more
OR

(ii) have a close relative already interred or ashes buried in Roade Cemetery,

for whom the fees payable are those set out in Column B

2. Where a grave or plot in the Memorial Garden is purchased whilst a person is resident in Roade, (as per 1a above) but interment or burial of ashes takes place when the home address is no longer in Roade (as per 1b above) then all fees for services associated with the interment or burial and any headstone or flat stone are as per Column B.

3. The fees for interment or burial do not include the fee for digging of the grave or plot. This is arranged and paid for through the Funeral Director.
