River Market Instructor Policy

To be healthy, help the environment, offer the best food available, live your values, build relationships, be successful, be kind, promote education, and support the community. By submitting this application in no way guarantees that your class proposal will be approved. The Education Coordinator will contact you if your proposal is accepted and schedule your event.

The Loft at RM is an education space, not a forum to promote your business. Your class or event should not be contradictory to RM’s Mission Statement and values.

Proposals must be submitted three months prior to event. Instructors must identify products used or promoted at event three weeks prior to allow proper store supply and stock.

No alcohol, smoking or cooking of food is allowed. Electric coffee pots are allowed. Consumption of prepared foods is acceptable. Noise levels must be kept at conversation level.

The Loft space should be left in the same clean condition as prior to use. A room tour is available upon request. The Loft is not handicapped accessible.

If less than five participants register for an event 24 hours prior, RM holds the right to cancel the event and no payment is due to the instructor.
