Rhine Plymouth Field and Stream Scholarship Application Packet
Application Packet for the academic year ending in June 2016
Who is eligible?
Residency: A resident of Sheboygan County or a resident of an adjacent county who lives within a reasonably close proximity of the Rhine Plymouth Field and Stream club house which is located in the Town of Plymouth.
Education: Completing high school in June 2016 and has accepted admission to a degree program either at a university, academy, (four year) college, community college or technical college.
Special Interests: Interested in conservation of our natural resources in general and also has an interest in shooting sports.
How much is the scholarship worth?
One scholarship of $500 will be awarded to a candidate who best fits the interests and activities of our organization. The scholarship will be paid upon successful completion of the first semester of the educational or training program to which the candidate is admitted.
How to apply for this scholarship?
The candidate is requested to complete the following application and return it to:

no later than May 15. If May 15 falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, we will accept applications received the following Monday.
Note to the candidate:
The application package requests basic data regarding yourself and your career goals. It includes verification of your academic progress by your guidance counselor, one academic reference, one community reference, and a brief essay from you.

We consider the following to be core courses of interest to us: One semester of American Government, one semester of American History, four semesters of English, four semesters on Mathematics, two semesters of each of the following sciences: Biology, Physics and Chemistry. The minimum acceptable grade on any given course is a “B” on the 4 point scale and the minimum acceptable cumulative Grade Point Average for these core courses is 3.30 on the 4 point scale.
