Dated March 2, 2012

The Addendum must be acknowledged on your lump sum bid.

NOTE: You must have attended a pre-bid conference in order to be eligible to bid on a particular project. Receipt of minutes or addenda without being at a pre-bid conference does not qualify your company to bid.

Funding for the scope of word associated with this proposal has been secured.

3.  Is there a preferred consultant going into this bid? Does past WSU experience influence your selection?

There is no preferred consultant. The selection will be strictly in accordance to VI of the RFP.

4.  Are out-of-town consultants viewed favorably or negatively?

The University encourages Michigan resident participation on all aspects of this project and firms submitting proposals need to be committed to this effort.
