REVERSION OF RIGHTS ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to agreements made on 16th March 2012 and 13th May 2013:

ThePoolbeg Press Limited of 123 Grange Hill, Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin 13, Republic of Ireland, has reverted all publishing rights of the novels specified below, including film and TV rights, to the author Sharon Owens.

Poolbeg Press Limited will not conduct new business regarding the list of novels specified below.

Poolbeg Press Limited will withdraw their printed editions of the novels specified below from sale in the Republic of Ireland, and from all and any digital markets.

The Edwards Fuglewicz Agency of 49 Great Ormond Street, London, WC1N 3HZ will no longer act on behalf of Poolbeg Press Limited with regards to the novels specified below.

Poolbeg Press Limited confirms that all royalty payments, sales statements and all business enquiries relating to existing fixed-term sub-licences must now be made directly to the author, Sharon Owens.

Poolbeg Press Limited further confirms that Magna may continue to account to Penguin Books UK and that Listen & Live Audio may continue to account to the Penguin Group USA.

For the avoidance of doubt, the novels in respect of which the above applies are:

1. The Tea House on Mulberry Street;

2. The Ballroom on Magnolia Street;

3. The Tavern on Maple Street;

4. The Trouble with Weddings / Revenge of the Wedding Planner;

5. It Must be Love; and

6. The Seven Secrets of Happiness.
