Reunion Rules

We want this Reunion to be a safe and fun event for everyone attending, which is why the rules set forth will be strictly enforced so as to make the reunion a pleasant time for ALL. Please make your child(ren) or minor(s) that you responsible for, aware of the Reunion Rules.

Please read and sign this acknowledgement and return it with your completed Registration Form(s).

1.  Parents are expected to supervise their children and are reminded that they are responsible for their actions and are responsible for paying full restitution for any damages caused by their children (intentional or not).

2.  Please respect the privacy and needs of all individuals around you as they want to be able to enjoy their time as well.

3.  For scheduled activities, it is expected that once parents/children or those in your care, arrive for an activity; children will not be left unsupervised and must be accompanied by a responsible adult if they leave the immediate area where family reunion activities are being held.

4.  Reunion attendees, their families and friends are to adhere to the GreenTree Inn & Suites and City of Tempe Kiwanis Park, Policies, Rules & Regulations. It is your responsibility to read and understand your rights and responsibilities included but not limited to damage, and liability to property and others.

5.  The Family Reunion Committee is not responsible for any damage, theft, injury or loss of life resulting from the action or inaction of others whether directly or indirectly during the Reunion.

6.  All Adult Registrants and Participants are to read the Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement. It is understood by signing the Registration Form (electronic or handwritten signature) is acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agree to the terms of this “Agreement”.
