We truly appreciate your past support and involvement with Sweet Charity to benefit the Food Bank of WNY, and we invite you to participate in our 12th annual event, which will once again be presented by James Desiderio Wholesale Produce. Once again, Sweet Charity will be held at the Adam’s Mark Hotel, on Thursday, February 1, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. In addition to free and convenient parking, our spacious venue will allow you to promote your business in front of more Sweet Charity guests than ever before. We hope you will join us again this year! Please complete the attached form and return it to us. Here are the Sweet Charity details:

RESTAURANT BENEFITS:

  • Each participating restaurant will receive (2) FREE tickets to the event.
  • Participating restaurants will be spotlighted on the Food Bank of WNY website and in the event program book as part of an elite group of premiere restaurants featuring Buffalo’s best entrée and dessert items.
  • Restaurants are invited to distribute menus and coupons promoting their business, or to provide a $25 gift certificate to be used as an auction item.

THE FOOD BANK OF WNY WILL PROVIDE:

  • One (1) 8 foot table with linens.
  • Quality napkins and plasticware.
  • Please let us know if you will need electrical power.
  • One (1) sign to promote your restaurant, entrée and/or dessert items as well as other information as needed.

RESTAURANT GUIDELINES:

  • We invite restaurants to prepare at least one entrée item and at least two other items of your choice.
  • Each restaurant must be able to provide enough sample size servings of their dessert or entrée item sufficient to feed a minimum of 1,000 guests.
  • Each restaurant must staff their own table and serve their own items for the entirety of the event, which runs from 5:00-8:30 p.m.
  • Each restaurant must provide their own serving utensils.
  • Restaurants must follow all guidelines as directed by the NYS Department of Health.
  • Each restaurant is responsible for the clean-up of their area at the conclusion of Sweet Charity.
