6th Grade Double Accelerated Math Class Expectations

This fast paced class combines the curricula of the 6th and 7th grade enriched math classes, as a result students will be expected to:

• Bring a pencil, math notebook, calculator, assignment notebook,

and math text to class every day

• Take notes on a daily basis

• Be an active participate in class

• Come to class with homework completed and questions formulated (if necessary)

If your child has made an honest effort to complete a problem and cannot complete it he/she needs to let me know before class starts

• Identify a class buddy to contact if a student is absent

(New concepts will be introduced on a daily basis and we want to avoid falling behind)

• Maintain a B average
