Resident Instruction in the Insular Areas Scholarship Program

Financial assistance for students pursuing their Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition, Agriculture and Natural Resources Management, and related Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) fields.

Types of scholarship/support

  1. U.S. Accredited Colleges
  1. At least three $1,500 scholarships will be awarded per semester to students currently taking courses at the bachelor level who meet eligibility requirements listed below.

Eligibility:

FSM citizen or parent(s) is/are FSM citizens.

Cumulative GPA of at least2.5.

Full time student

Proof of enrollment, e.g. acceptance letter, transcript, or registration

  1. Summer support – based on the funds available$250 per course is provided to eligible applicant already registered.

First Priority is AS and Certificate level studentsFood Technology and Agriculture Students and than other students taking STEM courses.
