WHO CAN ATTEND THESE WORKSHOPS?

All students registered for postgraduate research degrees at The Open University and Affiliated Research Centres. Many workshops are also open to Early Career Researchers and Post Docs. It is important that you discuss with your supervisor before signing up to events as you will not need to attend all, only those relevant to the stage you are at in your studies and your personal experience.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS?

As well as this brochure, workshops are advertised on the Graduate School Network (GSN) where you will find news, events, forms, guidance, a training catalogue and a network forum. The Graduate School also runs a Facebook page and tweet using @ou_grad_school. Additionally they are advertised via University email.

For a full list of courses and events including online courses and external programmes for Researchers see the Research Pages on the Academic Professional Development site
