In response to your request for information, the College’s response is detailed below:

College response to question:
Leicester College does not operate any establishment outside of the UK.
- “What affiliations do you have with providers of education overseas and what services do you provide them?”
College response to question:
The College operates affiliations with a small number of overseas providers of education linked to a specific service sector. The College confirms that it holds information about these providers and the services provided to them but has withheld it as it is exempt from disclosure under FOIA s 43(2) i.e. disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of the organisation.

The College does not operate through recruitment agencies for its affiliations with overseas providers.
