III. FORECAST SPECIFICATIONS

AN ITEMIZED LIST IS REQUIRED FOR EACH ALTERNATIVE.

Itemize all intersections for which traffic projections / turning movements are required (do not include intersections for which traffic estimates are not required). For State facilities, please include both SR numbers and road names.

Name EACH alternative, and for each, provide a separate list of intersections where turning moves are to be provided, including the NO BUILD alternative (unless it’s a widening).

If the requested project involves construction of a new location facility, remember to also include all required intersections on existing facilities.

The following will be provided unless otherwise stipulated:

ADT’s; turning movements; Design Hour Volume %; Design Hour Direction Factor; percent trucks (% Duals, and % TT-ST’s).

For widening or improvement projects two scenarios will be provided: base year no build; and future year build.

For NEW alignment projects the following four scenarios will be provided: base year no build; base year build; future year no build; future year build.
