About The Great Christmas Light Show: The Great Christmas Light Show is a park-wide lighted celebration that is sure to capture the true spirit of the season! The drive through light show will feature almost 2 million lights festively displayed along a 1.5 mile drive throughout the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex. Over 400 magical light displays, some up to 70 feet tall, have been custom made for The Great Christmas Light Show. Visitors will experience 14 enchanting animated figures and holiday scenes where the lights will come to life. After the journey through the light show, we invite everyone to park their car and visit Santa’s Village where they can enjoy hot chocolate and s’mores, get an up close look at the lights on the Santa Express Train Ride, stroll through the lighted walking trail, experience the Go Ape lighted tree top adventure, and, of course, meet Santa!

Sponsorship Opportunities

The following sponsorship opportunities are available. Requests are to be submitted using the form on Page 4. Requests for sponsorship must be turned into the Procurement Department no later than September 27, 2016 at 10:00 am.

Winter Woodlands: At the beginning of the light show, this display will include several animated animal wildlife scenes including squirrels, bears and owls. Road will be aligned with 10, 20 foottall lighted trees.

Ice Skater/Village: In the Meadow there will be a village display with small town buildings, ice skaters, Santa and reindeer flying over the roof tops, carolers, and a 50 foot tall lighted tree.

□ Train: This light display will feature an animated train traveling through a village.

□ Toyland: In our soccer field area, this display will feature 10 foot tall toys including an animated toy rocket, fire breathing dragon, dump truck, robot, teddy bear and more.

□ Candy Land: This display will feature a candy tree orchard, an animated candy making machine, 70 foot long frog licking candy (tongue extends over the road), and various animated candy pieces.

Gingerbread Village: This display will feature gingerbread houses and animated gingerbread characters sliding on slides, playing soccer, and more.

Notes:

-Form must be returned to the Procurement Department, 1120 2nd Ave South by 10am on September 27th. Late requests not accepted.

-Must meet minimum details listed in sponsorship packet.

-Once awarded, one-half of offered amount is due within 21 days. Remaining balance due November 15, 2016.

-Artwork/logos to be provided by sponsor in appropriate format.

-Sponsorship will be awarded to highest offeror. In case of tie, winner will be chosen by random selection.

-Losing offers will be given first opportunity to sponsor displays not receiving requests. Order to be determined by highest offeror.
