QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q.  Can we provide reports?

A.  The County can supply reports to the winning bidder if requested. There are many types of reports and they are quite voluminous.

Q.  Are there any current compliance issues?

A.  The site has LFG migration at GP-35, 36, 37 & GP-39

Phase I unlined (footprint ~ 30 acres), it has been determined during the Evaluation Monitoring Program that LFG from this area has impacted groundwater. It is anticipated the Phase I will be reclaimed within 3 years.

COMMENTS

Flare currently ~1400 scfm.

The Separator and Flame Arrestor were recently cleaned. The Burners were replaced in December 2010.

Current footprint for Phase II ~115 acres

Current footprint for Phase III ~ 34 acres

April 1, 2013 is the deadline for gas collection system placement in Phase III.

AB 32 surface emissions will be the basis of award. If other surface emission monitoring is required, price will be negotiated.
