Other Treatment:
1. High-level talents living allowance: it is calculated according to Baise University High-Level Personnel Allowances Scheme (Trial) and paid monthly. Second-grade professor: ¥2,300/month; third-grade professor: ¥1,900/month; fourth-grade professor: ¥1,500/month; PhD: ¥1,000/month. In case the university adjusts the standards in the future,the new standards shall prevail.
2.Discipline Leader Allowance: High-level talent who belongs to the school discipline leader can get the allowances. It is implemented according to Baise University Discipline and Academic Leaders Selection and Management Approach (Trial)(BU( 2012] No.69) 800 yuan / month for discipline leader,in case the university adjusts the standards in the future,the new standards shall prevail.
3. Academic Leader Allowance: High-level talent belonging to school academic leader can get the allowances. It is implemented according to Baise University Discipline and Academic Leaders Selection and Management Approach (Trial)" (BU[2012] No.69), 300 yuan/ month for academic leader, in case the university adjusts the standards in the future, the new standards shall prevail.
4. SpecialtyPerson-in-charge Allowance: High-level talents belonging to school specialty person-in-charge can get the allowances. Special funds will be provided to specialty person-in-charge and the head of the key curriculum¥10,000/year and ¥5000/year respectively
5.Dual qualified teacher allowance: High-level talents belonging to "Dual qualified teachers" can get the allowances.It is implemented according to the Construction and Management of "Dual qualified" Teachers in Baise University (BU [2011] No.59). Professor title: ¥600/month, associate professional title:¥400/month,lecturer and other medium-grade professional title:¥ 200/month,in case the university adjusts the standards in the future, the new standards shall prevail.
Note 1: Family allowance will be paid monthly for 5 years; andpersonal development fund paid monthly for 10 years.
Note 2: Urgent needed majors: Dancing, Product Design, Communication Engineering, Urban Management, EnvironmentalScience and Engineering, Human Geography and Urban and Rural Planning, Facility Agriculture Science and Engineering, Clothing and Apparel Design, Electrical Engineering and Automation.
Note 3: Other high-level personnel allowance standard: associate professor title of the fifth-grade 1300yuan/month, sixth-grade 1100yuan/month,seventh-grade 1000yuan/month; master's degree 500yuan/month.

1.Scientific research reward
For high-level academic papers published with "Baise University" as the author's unit, 2000 yuan to 100,000 yuan reward will be granted to the author based on the publication level(collection, reproduced). For publications(monograph, compilation and translated wok)with "Baise University" as the author's unit, the author can receive 3000yuan to 8000yuan reward. It is implemented according to the provisions specified inBaise University Research Workload Management Approach (revised edition).
In addition, winners of scientific achievement awards,research project awards, patents and software copyright and application achievement awardsetc. can be given some rewards by the university based onthe project funding and the levels of awards.
2. Talent project funding
The university carries out talent projects such as“Renowned Teacher Project”, “Key Teacher Development Project,”“Young Teacher Grow-up Project”, “Characteristic Research Team Supporting Plan” and “Dual QualificationTeacher Cultivation Plan”.
