Records can be obtained through the Prosecutor’s Office/Records Department Monday through Friday from 8a.m. - 3.p.m. Please utilize this form to make record requests which is available in the lobby of the station or by downloading ______. The request form can be dropped off at the Hanover Police Station, mailed to 129 Rockland St., Hanover, MA 02339 or faxed to (781)826-7993. PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER. All reports will be assessed a fee depending on the nature of the request. Please see scheduled of fees attached. After requests are received, records in most cases will be available within 5-7 business days. All record requests will be subject to approval by the Prosecutor, Lieutenant, or the Chief of Police.
