Exam Proctoring Policy

Covenant Health Library Services will provide exam proctoring services (at no charge) to current Covenant Health staff and postsecondary students currently on placement at Covenant Health as library staffing permits.

Students must fill out the “Request for an Exam Proctor” form.

Students are responsible for:

·  arranging proctor selection and acceptance with their post-secondary institution.

·  arranging mutually acceptable exam times with proctors.

·  arranging receipt and return of exams.

·  delivery charges or any other costs incurred.

Proctor selection application forms will be filled out by Library staff. Selection applications will include 2 proctor names, where possible, in order to make proctoring times more available to the student and avoid having to apply for a new selection when one proctor is not available.

Proctors will follow the instructions/guidelines for proctoring exams provided by the post-secondary institution and, if necessary, contact the institution for clarification.

Students will contact the post-secondary institution directly if they have questions about the proctoring process or the exam.
