Title:Marketing Officer

Department: Professional Services

Reports t0: Contracts & Business Development Manager

Main function:To support the development of marketing activities and take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects within Professional Services.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

  1. In conjunction with the Contracts & Business Development Manager, maximize client and user awareness of Professional Services products and services.
  2. Produce regular counsellor newsletters and service user wellbeing communications to drive uptake and awareness.
  3. Create fresh and up-to-date web and social media content.
  4. Update information about the organization on external websites and directories.
  5. Produce and keep up-to-date the portfolio of marketing material for Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and wraparound training programmes & bespoke services.
  6. Select and order promotional merchandise for exhibitions and for use as corporate gifts
  7. Manage the stock of all marketing collateral and identify when stocks need to be replenished.
  8. Carry out marketing campaigns to clients for EAP and wraparound training & bespoke services
  9. Carry out direct marketing to service users via social media, web-based, and other traditional and e-marketing routes.
  10. Assist in the preparation and co-ordination around corporate events, conferences and exhibitions.
  11. Liaise with the Group Director of Policy & Engagement to ensure that internal and external messaging is consistent with the organizational strategy and Public Awareness campaigns
  12. Provide support to the Knowledge & Leadership Officer as required, in relation to marketing of Knowledge & Leadership services across the group.
  13. Managing and moderating Inspire Students online student and young people’s website.
  14. Undertake marketing activities to support Inspire Students activities with a focus on communicating to this sector, in a way that has most impact.
  15. Undertake marketing activities for new and existing contracts.
