Kyle Anderson 2015 Evans High School ***** 5 Stars

Anderson had a perfect 3 inning outing facing only 9 hitters. He shows a good frame 82-85MPH fastball. Kyle had great command of the breaking ball and looked like a very poised older kid on the mound even if only a sophomore. Kid could be a draft in coming years if he continues to develop.

Brandon Baker 2013 Redan High School **** 4 Stars

Brandon is a very raw but powerful kid. He touched 88 mph and threw over 85 all night. We have seen him touch 90MPH. Very good athlete that may get a pro shot next June.

Andrew Gist 2013 Forsyth Central High School *** 3 Stars

Gist has a good change and good movement on the fastball. He sat 83-85 MPH during this event. We have seen him up to 87MPH. Good command of zone k’d 3 and gave up no runs in his outing.

Tyler Grooms 2013 Cross Creek High *** 3 Stars

Grooms had one of his better outings at this event. He is a two way guy at the next level. Grooms showed and 85 MPH fastball and hard cutting slider. He is a power set up guy that will be very useful out of the pen at the next level. Threw 3 scoreless innings

Garrett Wilkinson 2014 Evans High ***1/2 3.5 Stars

Wilkinson commands four pitches very well. Fastball up to 84 MPH at this event with 72 MPH Curveball, a slider and change. Wilkinson has plus mound presence and knows how to set up hitters. He should be a two way guy at the next level.

Cole Pittman 2014 Lakeside Evans ***1/2 3.5 Stars

Pittman has a loose lanky frame that projects very well. He throws 80-82 consistently with a live arm. His best days are ahead of him as he fills out. Definite guy to follow this spring. Good movement. Threw 3 scoreless innings

Matt Aycock 2013 Brookwood High *** 3 Stars

Aycock is a smaller frame guy and reminds me of Pat McGowen who pitched very well at Gordon College a few years ago. He touched 84MPH and had a quick arm. He was wild in this outing but has a plus breaking ball. Very nice prospect out of Brookwood.

Brandon Matics 2013 South Gwinnett *** 3 Stars

Matics did not have his best outing this weekend but we have seen him very good. Low 80’s fastball with good change up. Matics was touched up at this event but we think he is a solid DII guy.

Bailey Lewis 2014 Cairo **1/2 2.5 Stars

Lewis has a projectable frame. Upper 70’s fastball right now but more to come in next two years. Good mound presence and good command. Bailey will be a guy to watch this spring and next summer has good physical tools.

Andrew Robinson 2015 Walnut Grove *** 3 Stars

Robinson is just a young kid that needs some body strength right now. He has a tall lanky frame. Mid 70’s on the fastball but more will come. Very projectable and knows how to pitch.

Landon Whitman 2014 Crisp County ***3 Stars

Whitman is 6ft 5 225 and is very projectable. We have seen the fastball up to 86 MPH. He is also a tight end prospect and was not in baseball shape. Gotta go see this kid in the spring. He may be a draft by June 2014.

Blake Turner 2013 Flowery Branch *** 3 Stars

Blake has a high 70’s low 80’s fastball and does a good job of spotting up his pitches. Nice change and good enough breaking ball to get hitter out. Turner has a good frame and may come on with velocity next spring. Turner is definitely a guy to follow next spring.
