Reordering Supplies From Office Depot

STEP / ACTION / OBSERVE
PREREQUISITE: You must have an Epylon account in order to purchase supplies from Office Depot through their system. Contact Lynne Adamson at 730-7345 to get an account setup.
1 / NOTE: When you order from Office Depot each list is saved for you and can be used again. This procedure allows you to reuse part or all of a prior list so you do not need to access the Office Depot web site in the process of ordering.
Launch the Internet Explorer software and go to:
/ Epylon web site appears in browser window
2 / Click on "Login" button in upper right of page / Login page appears
3 / Enter your Epylon user name and password then click "Go>" button
NOTE: Epylon login is case sensitive. / Epylon EXPRESS Welcome page appears with your name on it.
4 / Click on "Shop from Lists" button on left side of page. / Epylon "My Shopping Lists' page appears.
5 / Click on the title of the list you want to use for the requisition.
HINT: This will be a list that has most or all of the items you wish to purchase. / "List Details" page appears.
6 / Scroll to bottom of page and select items from list you want to add to a requisition by checking box to left of item, or simply click red "Select All" button / Item selection box to left of form appears checked.
7 / Click red "Add To New eRequisition" button at bottom right of form. / New eRequisition Details page appears.
8 / Fill in requisition with appropriate information then click on red "Continue" button in very bottom of page in right corner of form. / eRequisition appears updated with new information for review
9 / NOTE: If there are errors in the requisition these will appear at top center of page just over the form in red. They must be corrected before you can proceed.
Click red "Edit" button at bottom right of page and correct any errors then follow step 15 above. / Completed eRequisition appears.
10 / Click on red "Check Budget" button at bottom right of page. / eRequisition Inbox appear showing a status on new eRequisition of "Pending Check"
11 / Click "Refresh Work" button to update status. / Status should change to "Checked' indicating account number is good and funds are available.
12 / Click on the title of the new eRequisition. / eRequisition form appears.
13 / Click on red "Forward" button at bottom right of display / Routing page appears.
14 / Select next approver and click on red "Submit" button.
NOTE: Status will change to "Submitted for Purchasing" when all approvals are completed. / The eRequisition Inbox appears showing this requisition with a status of "Submitted for Approval"
