1.  Approval of the October 10, 2012 Regular Meeting Minutes.

  1. Approval of the re-appointment of Alex Rothrock as a Reidsville Member of the Rockingham County Partnership of Economic and Tourism Development’s Board of Directors.
  1. Approval of Budget Ordinance Amendment No. 5 totaling $9,460 to Center for Municipal Solutions (CMS) to review wireless fees for requested modifications.
  1. Approval of a Resolution of Intent declaring the City’s intention to consider closing two alleys and a portion of West Morehead Street, which will be considered at a public hearing at the City Council’s December 12th meeting.
  1. Approval of a Resolution to continue State “transitional hold harmless” funding.
