The Dale County Board of Education met in regular session Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at 5:30 p.m., in the Board Room of the Dale County Government Building. Braxton Bell, Board President, presided over the meeting with members Larry Ezell, Dale Sutton, Don Williams, Bill McSween, AttorneyJames Tarbox, and Superintendent Donny Bynum present.

1. The meeting was called to order by President Braxton Bell.

There were several visitors present, but none on the agenda.

Motion – Dale Sutton, Second –Don Williams, carried.

1. Financial Statement

The Superintendent presented the most recent financial statement to the Board with all bank accounts reconciled through November.

1. Personnel 2014-2015

The Superintendent recommended the following personnel pending certification and background requirements by the State Department of Education

Brandon Brooks – Teacher, Dale County High School to Teacher/Assistant Principal (10
