Fee Schedule 2017-2018

GENERAL FEES

Registration Fee:$220 family registration fee.

PK3 Craft & Materials Fee: $100 (PK3 students do not pay the book/technology fee.)

Book and technology fee Grades K-8: $420 annually per student. This fee covers rental and purchase fees of textbooks, materials and supplies, and contributes toward the cost of maintaining and upgrading our technology program. It is preferred that this fee is paid prior to the start of the school year and is non-refundable after school starts. Other payment arrangements are available upon request.

Tuition: $6,400 annually per student in grades PK3 through Grade 5; and

$6,700 annually per student in grades 6-8. For those who meet our admission criteria, we work with you to make it possible for your child to attend. Tuition scholarships are available through Step Up for Students, AAA and the Guardian Catholic School. For more information, see the Financial Assistance Information sheet.

All families are required to make payments to the school through the FACTS Management Company. To create a FACTS account, go to log in to your parent portal. Under Family Information, select “Tuition Plan Set Up” and then “Set Up a Payment Plan.” All fees including tuition, books/technology and extended day will be paid through FACTS.

Payment options include:

  • Whole amount in July or August with a 10% discount. (This option does not apply to those on scholarships. FACTS does not charge an Enrollment Fee to those who pay in full.)
  • Half by August 31 & half by January 31. (FACTS Enrollment Fee is $10.)
  • Ten equal monthly payments (August through May) paid through the FACTS Management Company, a tuition management service. (FACTS Enrollment Fee for monthly payments is $36.)
  • Twice a month payments (August through May) paid through the FACTS Management Company, a tuition management service. (FACTS Enrollment Fee is $36.)

Important Note: Students in PK 4 in the Florida Voluntary PreK program (VPK) and those in PK3 and K4 approved for Success By 6 pay none of the above fees, but are responsible for the remaining costs listed below.

Uniforms: RC Uniforms is the sole provider of uniforms. Students in all grades PK3 through Grade 8 must be in uniform at all times. The school dress code and uniform price list are available separately.

Volunteer Hours: Each family is required to provide a minimum of 25 hours of volunteer service (or $125). Hours may be met by participating in fund-raising activities, assisting at school, or helping with field trips, special workdays or projects throughout the year. Hours not served by May 1 will be assessed at $5 per hour.

FEES FOR OPTIONAL SERVICES

Before School Care: Before school care is available each school day beginning at 6:45 a.m. at a charge of $1 for each child who arrives prior to 7:30. The fee is payable daily at the time of service. A free breakfast is provided for those who arrive by 7:30.

Extended day for PK-3 students who are not approved for Success By 6 and for all PK-4 students: Following the academic portion of the day, pre-kindergarten students are welcome to stay for extended day from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at a charge of $45 per week per student. The fee is billed at the beginning of each month based on anticipated usage. After School Care for grades PK through 8 will be provided on campusby Champions®. CHAMPIONS is a leading out-of-school time provider in extended learning and education programs for school age children. Hot lunch: Through the Community Eligibility Provision of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), breakfast and lunch are free for all families.

Other fees: Students participating in optional activities such as sports, clubs, Fine Arts, or STEM will incur additional fees, specified as the opportunities are offered.

Payment of Fees Monthly fees are due by the date designated in your family’s FACTS agreement. To request a change of date for FACTS payments, call the office at least 4 business days before your scheduled payment. Failure to do so will result in a $30 charge from FACTS in addition to applicable NSF bank fees.
