**The pageant judges will not read the information on these registration forms; they are only used for script information.

The journalism department is excited that you will be a part of the 2013 Miss OMHS pageant, and we sincerely hope that the evening is one you will enjoy and remember.

The entry fee will be $35. This is a non-refundable fee. Include payment with your forms.

An optional pageant t-shirt will be available for $12.00. Make separate checks payable to OMHS.

  • Practice will be held on Tuesday, January 8 and Thursday, January 10from 3:00 until 3:45 in the PAC. There will also be an additional practice during sixth period on Friday, January 11. You will not be allowed to practice Saturday morning onstage. Bring your pageant shoes to practice.
  • Senior interviews will be determined once all registration is completed.
  • You should arrive at the pageant no later than 5:00. The junior/seniordressing room will bein the choir room; the sophomore/freshmen dressing room will be in the health classroom.
  • Reserved tickets are $8.00 and will be on sale beginning Thursday, January 3. Children ages four and under are free but will not be given a seat.
  • The doors will open no earlier than 4:30. We encourage everyone to buy tickets in advance to avoid long lines at the doors.
  • A hint on your dresses: For the past twelve years, the judges have commented that points are deducted based on dresses that are not age-appropriate.
  • Please remember that this is a school pageant and not a preliminary to Miss Alabama. We encourage all contestants to be cautious of investing large amounts of money on various items and lessons that are unnecessary.
  • Belmont Studios will be taking pictures from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Saturday. All packages are prepaid.
