Annual salary agreement – Registered Clubs Award

Option 1- Club managers only (classification level 7-13)

The annual salary is at least 20% above the award rate and is designed to cover the following provisionsin accordance with clause 17.3(a)(i) of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010:

The annual salary is at least 50% above the award rate and is designed to cover the following provisions in accordance with clause 17.3(a)(ii) of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010:

The annual salary is at least 33% above the award rate for a level 4 employee and is designed to cover the following provisions in accordance with clause 17.3(b) of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010:

This agreement may be terminated by either party after 12months by giving 28 days' written notice or earlier if agreed.

The following section applies to all employees.

Parties agree that the annual salary covers the award provisions indicated above and that these entitlements will not be provided to the staff member indicated above.
