Dear Delegates,

16th FIMMDA-PDAI Annual Conference – August 15-18, 2015: Hotel Hilton, Prague.

The Boards of FIMMDA and PDAI warmly welcome you to the Annual Conference.

The theme chosen for this year is: EVOLVING MARKETS: INSTITUTIONS AND REGULATIONS.

The Conference takes place on Monday 17th August 2015 at the Grand Ball room of the Hotel.

For the convenience and information of the delegates we give below the details:

Delegates under Package I:

1. Airport transfer from and to Airport (at Prague) is available for delegates of Package I only. The delegates of package I will be handed over the Conference badges at the departure terminal of Mumbai Airport by M/S Kuoni travel agent/ Manager who will accompany delegates one in each aircraft. These badges will facilitate your journey to the Hotel by a Bus at Prague. So, Please wear them as soon as you enter the airport terminal at Prague. M/S Kuoni representative will be available for guiding you at the transit point/Prague terminal. Delegates coming in Lufthansa flights will complete their visa /immigration at Frankfurt and so will be arriving at the domestic terminal of Praha airport. Those coming by Turkish/Emirates will land at International terminal, complete their immigration, collect the baggage and come out through international terminal. The domestic and international terminals are interconnected and the exit route is the same for both.

Buses for P-I will be waiting outside the airport and the M/S Kuoni representative will assist you to reach the buses.

2. Check-in at the Hotel is from 3:00 PM onwards on the ground floor as soon as you alight from the Buses. Separate counters are provided for facilitating exclusive check in for the delegates.

3. For check-in, please carry your passport for identification. After check-in, you will be handed over a Conference bag and pen .There are lifts from the ground floor to go to your floor. For quickness and safety, please carry baggage by yourselves.

4. Please note the rooms are for single occupancy only. Those of you who have registered your spouse/child with FIMMDA have been identified; Hotel advised accordingly and are allowed in the rooms. Anyone else (who has not registered their spouse/child/extra person with FIMMDA) but is accompanied by a spouse/child/extra person may be denied entry. If the hotel reports that anyone else is staying in a single room, they will be asked to pay the additional delegate fee of Rs.75,000/- per person.

5. There is a lunch arrangement at the Hotel from 1:30 PM to 4PM on 15th Aug2015. The delegates may avail of the same either before or after check-in depending upon your time of arrival and completion of check-in formalities.

6. The check-out time at the hotel after breakfast is latest 12 PM on 18thAug 2015. For delegates who are leaving early for departure, packed breakfast will be provided from the Hotel.

7. Please wear your delegate badge for airport transfers, check-in, on all days of your stay, travel by buses that take you to City tour, River Cruise, Koneprusy caves, Conference day and the Gala Dinner at Zofin palace .This will ensure that you are welcomed at all those places including the restaurants for serving you lunch/Dinner etc.

Package II Delegates:

Our responsibility starts when you reach the Hotel Hilton, Prague;

1. Check-in at the Hotel is from 3:00 PM onwards on the ground floor. Exclusive check-in counters are provided for the Conference delegates. As soon as you alight from your vehicle, Pls ask for the same.

2. For check-in, please carry your passport for identification. After check-in, you will be handed over a Conference bag, ID card/Badge and a pen. There are lifts from the ground floor to go to your floor. For quickness and safety, please carry baggage by yourselves.

Boarding arrangements:

Breakfast on 16/17 and 18th August 2015: Available on the lobby floor in the restaurant as per timings noted on your tour itinerary.

Lunch on 15/8: At the Hotel Hilton.

Dinner 15/8 : Gala Dinner on the River Cruise.

Lunch on 16/8: At Indian restaurants in Prague. You will be taken in Buses or be guided by the Reps from M/S Kuoni travels for each bus load.

Dinner 16/8: Dinner after shopping etc. in an Indian restaurant “Pizzeria Cantonata” in a Mall “PESCO EDEN”. You will be suitably guided by M/S Kuoni Reps.

Lunch 17/8: At the Hotel Hilton- Conference Day.

Dinner 17/8: at ‘ Zofin palace”. You will be taken in Buses from the Hotel and dropped back at the Hotel.

If you miss your group/fail to reach the spot within the fixed timings, you may be deprived of the lunch/Dinner. So, Please co-operate, be with the group and enjoy your stay at Praha.

Likewise, if you miss out your group on the Bus etc. you will be expected to reach the next destination/point on your own and we are not responsible for such acts.

Check-out facilities: As per hotel policy, refrigerator items will be emptied. If you want to use the same or order anything else, you are free to do by giving your card details to the satisfaction of the hotel. Please settle all your bills for any additional items/expenses (tel. calls/laundry/spa/beverages, taxi, etc.) well before your departure time. Any bills that were found not settled and claimed by the Hotel subsequently with proof will have to be reimbursed by you to FIMMDA.

Currency: Czech accepts euro but in many shops they insist upon local currency payment.(Krona) There are not many exchange places. So, you may exchange currency in advance for your shopping spree!! The exch. rate as at 17th July was IUSD=24.8 Krona. 1Euro=27.00 Krona.

Please wear your identification badge at all times. We hope you will enrich yourself with the inputs from the Conference and the ever important networking.
