Dear Sirs,

Please offer us for the needs of “Assarel – Medet “JSCo a delivery of Working Pump for hydraillc excavator RH120 C, - original:

Obligatory company’s requirements:

1.Warranties

2. Quality and origin - The delivery should be accompanied with certificates for quality from the plant-producer/ TEREX/

3. Delivery period.

4.Delivery place – warehouse of the Buyer / DDU Assarel –Panagyurishte- Incoterms -2000/;

5. Price without VAT – both in USD or EUR, as the currency choice is on Buyer’s option;

6. Payment – maximum divided by instalments after the delivery.

Deadline for offers submission – until 01.03.2010

The offers will be opened and reviewed by a chosen for the purpose commission.

The results will be announced after finishing the work of the commission, as the selection on submitted offers will be made in one round. On the second round the discussions will continue for improving and re-specifying the parameters only with the classified on the first three places from the first round.

We draw your attention that the established order in the company for keeping of the offers, transparence and adherence to principles during their review excludes the possibility for influence on the selection of a contractor or on the quality of the ingoing control through corruption. Furthermore, when such attempts are found, the respective officials will be dismissed disciplinary from work, and the contracts with the respective partners will be terminated.
