Sub : PVC prices w.e.f. 11.04.2003.

  1. We are enclosing herewith the pricing policy of Indovin PVC Resin of Baroda and Gandhar Complex applicable wef 11th April, 2003.
  1. Ex-Factory selling prices and Ex-stock point selling prices of all grades are as per enclosed Pricing Policy No. PVC/IPCL/03-04/02 Dated 11th April, 2003.
  1. Ex-factory as well as the ex-stock point selling prices are inclusive of Excise Duty.
  1. Please note that for payment of Excise Duty on Ex-Factory sales. Freight should not be included.
  1. For Ex-Factory sales, Excise duty shall be paid after considering deduction for Cash discount, if applicable.
  1. As per management decision, quantity discount will not be considered for deduction for the purpose of Excise Duty.
  1. For ex-stock point sales, cash discount is to be allowed post excise on list price.

(1)Prices of ‘B’ Grade & ‘A standardised’ grades will be lower by Rs.870/MT than the respective A grade prices applicable for ex-factory and ex-stock point sales.

(2)Prices of 'B' standardised grades will be lower by Rs.1740/MT than the prices of respective ‘A’ grade price applicable for ex-factory and ex-stock point sales.

2)PACKING

a)Prices are inclusive of Standard Packing in 25-Kg. bags.

3)OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS :-

a)Trade Discount :- NIL

b)Quantity Discounts: For April’03 purchases by customers

(QD is not applicable on sale of PS, Wet Resin and Godown sweeping)

c) Cash Discount (Rs/MT)

  1. Rs. 580/- per MT for ex-factory sales on receipt of payment prior to despatch. This is to be considered for excise duty payment.
  2. Rs.500/- per MT on Ex-stock point sales on receipt of payment.
  3. Cash discounts are applicable for all grades.
  4. EPI @ Rs. 35/MT/Day is applicable for customers and dealers, except on the sale of PS, Wet Resin and GS for ex-works or ex stock point sales.

E. Sales Tax

i)Ex-Gandhar Complex Sales - Nil

ii)Ex-Baroda Complex Sales – Extra as applicable.

iii) Ex-stock point Sales– Extra as applicable.

F.Excise Duty:

Prices are inclusive of excise duty. The present rate of excise duty is 16%.

G. Terms of Payment:

14 days credit from the date of despatch.

H. Delayed Payment:

  • If payment is not received on due date, the delayed payment charges will be recovered as under.
  • First 30 days after credit period15% p.a.
  • 31 to 90 days after credit period18% p.a. (From date of invoice)
  • From 91st days after credit period21% p.a. (From date of invoice)

I. Freight:

  • For Ex-factory sales, actual freight will be charged extra in the invoice, if material is required to be delivered at customer’s destination.
  • For Ex-stock point sales, freight from ex-stock point to customer’s location shall be paid by the customer.
