Housekeeping for RNA Carnival
· There are 58 teams competing today.
· All rounds are 25 minutes duration with each half being 10 minutes. There will be a 2 minute half time interval, and 3 minutes between games. Given the short time between games, teams are expected to be ready to step on court immediately.
· Scoreboards are situated in the middle of each court. Once the game has ended it is the responsibility of the WINNING team to bring the score sheet to the office. Only the score sheet is required to be brought to the office, please leave the board in the middle of the court for the next game.
· All Associations will umpire their own games. Please ensure your umpires are at the courts ready for the start of play.
· Spectators - Please stay within the red pathways on the all-weather courts to allow the umpires free access to the umpiring corridor. There are to be no spectators between the hard courts except for court 5.
· First Aid - is situated between hard courts and grass court 10.
· FOOD - Hot and cold food is available throughout the day from the canteen, BBQ and from individual food vans located on the grounds.
· BBQ’S - as an Occupational Health and Safety Issue, cooking of any kind (i.e. gas or electric personal BBQ’s) by any Association or Spectator is not permitted.
· Toilets - are situated in the clubhouse and there are port-a-loos down by the fence on the grass courts. These will be cleaned every hour.
· Rubbish bins are situated around the grounds and all Associations have been given rubbish bags. Please help keep our grounds clean.
· Presentation for the Grass court players (8 -10 years) will be at staggered from 2pm.
· Presentation of trophies should begin at approximately 3pm for all other teams. We strongly encourage all Associations to stay until presentation and for the full duration of the presentation to support all other divisions and teams.
· If there are any concerns regarding games, the draw or umpiring please see the RNA committee in the office. We will endeavour to assist you the best we can.
