1.It is intimated that this Centre is conducting a rect rally at BEG and Centre, Kirkee Pune-03 in the month of Aug 09 wef 03 to 30 Aug 09.
3.Son of war widow/widow, sons of servicemen/ex-servicemen, own brother of servicemen are eligible for recruitment.
4.A leaflet containing the relevant details is enclosed herewith.
5.For 267 Engr regt, 268 Engr regt, 119 Aslt Engr regt and Sikh LI Centre only You are requested to give wide publicity to serviceman /ex-serviceman in neighboring village and towns for maximum utilization of vacs in Sol GD and Sol Tech cat.
6.In view of the above you are requested to give wide publicity to serviemen/ex-servicemen so that maximum candidates are available for recruitment. Efforts should be made to motivate our men/ESM to utilize these vacs to the max.

1.The BEG and Centre Kirkee has planned to conduct recruitment rally in the month of Aug 09 wef 03 to 30 Aug 09 at BEG & Centre Kirkee, Pune-03 as per details given below: -

2.Candidates are requested to bring the following documents for recruitment: -
(a)All education certificates in original.
(b)Domicile/Nativity/Residential certificate, clearly mentioned indls permanent address not birth address duly signed by Tehsildar/SDM/RMO.
(c)Caste certificate for all candidates duly signed by Tehsildar/SDM/RMO.
(d)Dependent certificate alongwith date of birth of the candidate from concerned Record office.
(e)Affidavit for unmarried candidates who are below 21 years of age.
(f)Affidavit, for Dependent candidates who will enroll as a Sol (GD), Sol (Tech) & Sol (Tdn) on the basis of Dependent certificate, stating by father/brother of the candidates that no son/brother of myself was enrolled earlier on the basis of relationship cert. At the present policy, only one Son/brother of Serviceman/Ex-Serviceman can enroll on the basis of dependent certificate.
(g) Character certificate within six months old, duly signed by Gram Sarpanch/Pradhan,, School Principal/Headmaster or Police Station.
(h)Full details of family members alongwith family photo showing the date of birth (document proof of younger brothers date of birth) duly signed by Gram Pradhan/Sarpanch.
(j) Six copies of single passport size coloured photographs and joint photographs with wife if married.
(k) Pay book/Discharge certificate in original for dependent candidates only.

6.Education Qualification.
(a)Sol (GD)-Class 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate and min
32%marks in each subject at 10th level, except (Sikh M&R) caste. Candidates having higher qualification need not have this stipulated % of marks at class 10th.
(b)SolTech-12th/Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics,
Chemistry, Maths and English.

Note.
1.You are advised in your own interest to get yourself medically examined before coming for selection in respect of flat foot, vision and minor aliments. You are also advised to have the wax from your ears cleaned before hand.
2.Candidates below 21 years should not be married.
3.Candidates without above-mentioned certificates will be rejected from the rally. Certificate of provisional nature will not be entertained. Enrolment is purely merit based depending on the vacancies available. The authorities conducting the rally will not be responsible for any accidents/injuries to the candidates during the recruitment rally. Malpractices and attempted enrolment by producing fake certificates during the recruitment rally will call for disciplinary action against the defaulter by the Police.
