JOB DESCRIPTION

Department of Human Services is seeking an experienced programme officeprofessional to fill a role to support a major transformation programme. Keyactivities will be focussed around supporting BAU operations as well asmobilisation of the next tranche of projects.

The Recruitment Administrator will provide support to the Recruitment Managerand other staff within the Integrated Programme Office.

The Recruitment Administrator will support recruitment drives for theprogramme that may utilise internal and external processes. They will support the Recruitment Manager in ensuring staff are recruited to therequired timelines, and that the new employees are on-boarded according to therequired processes. They will support the on boarding processes, including forecasting of assets andaccommodation requirements.
